Indian Culinary Academy was established in the year 2011 by the Academy of Science and Knowledge Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (ASKIHCA). It is a private college, situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. It has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Science & Technology, Bengaluru.
